Return and Refund Policy

At Shiyara, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to support a smooth and transparent process.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Return requests with missing information or that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our website and click on the “Return” option at the top.

  2. Fill out the Return Request Form:

    • Enter your Order Number.

    • Provide your Email ID or Mobile Number.

    • Choose the reason for return and select the product.

    • Upload a photo or video as evidence based on the return reason.

  3. Your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours. If approved, the return process will be initiated.

  4. Once picked up, the returned product will take 7-8 days to reach our warehouse.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed directly to the original payment method after the product passes quality control.

  • COD Orders: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed via bank transfer. Our team will contact you to collect your bank details.

  • Refund processing time is 5-7 business days post quality check.

Shiyara reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our quality check standards. In such cases, the product will be shipped back to you.

Replacements

We offer replacements for the following reasons:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Dissatisfaction with quality

  • Change of mind

Replacement orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the original product has been picked up and passes inspection.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Order cancellation is not currently available directly through the website.

Shiyara also reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. We may verify order details (address, quantity, contact info, etc.) before dispatch.
