Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

Please note: Return requests with missing information or that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

3. Await Approval: Your request will be reviewed by our team within 24 working hours. Once approved, we will initiate the return pickup process.
4. Product Transit: After pickup, please allow 7-8 days for the product to reach our warehouse for inspection.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed as follows:

• For Prepaid Orders: A refund will be issued directly to your original payment method.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: The refund will be processed via bank transfer. Our customer care team will contact you to collect your bank details. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for COD orders.

The refund processing time is typically 5-7 business days after the product has successfully passed the quality check.

Important Note: Shiyara reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our quality standards. In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

4. Replacements

We offer a one-time replacement for products in the following cases:

• You have issues with the size or fit.
• You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
• You have had a change of mind.

Replacement orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after the original product has been picked up and passes our initial inspection.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

• Please note that order cancellation is not currently available directly through the website.
